Kamroo Fire Safety: Life First — Swift Action Against Hidden Dangers
Fire drills reinforce the frontline of workplace safety.
To thoroughly implement fire safety requirements, further strengthen employee awareness, enhance emergency response and self-rescue capabilities, and truly protect the lives and property of its staff, Kamroo Group, in collaboration with Jinniu Community Emergency Rescue Team, organized a fire drill activity on May 19 under the theme “Swift Action Against Hidden Dangers.”
With practical efforts, Kamroo actively upholds the principle of “Nationwide Fire Safety, Life First,” and works together to build a robust corporate “firewall.”
At the start of the drill, firefighters gave a detailed explanation of the causes, dangers, and prevention of fire incidents through real-life examples, with a focus on fire and electrical safety in daily operations. They then demonstrated the proper steps for using a fire extinguisher: Pull, Aim, Squeeze, and Sweep—standing upwind and aiming at the base of the flames to successfully extinguish a simulated fire.
Following the demonstration, hands-on extinguisher training began. Employees from various departments quickly picked up the procedure through observation and efficiently completed the task. Even the cleaning staff, under the guidance of firefighters, overcame nervousness and successfully extinguished the mock fire. Many participants shared that the practical experience gave them more confidence in using extinguishers and helped them remain calm in emergency situations.
This drill significantly enhanced fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities among Kamroo employees and reinforced cross-departmental coordination. Workplace safety is a long-term and never-ending responsibility. Kamroo will continue to promote safety education, build a strong defense line for safe production, and safeguard the health and safety of employees as well as the company’s stable development.
